Ninety (90) Day Limited Warranty
Big Sky CNC, Inc. (“Big Sky”) warrants this product against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of NINETY (90) DAYS from the date of original retail purchase. If a defect exists, Big Sky, at its sole discretion, will repair or exchange the product at no charge, or refund the purchase price. If you believe this product is defective, please contact Big Sky at warranty@bigskycnc.com. This warranty does not apply to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, or modification.
This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, remedies and conditions, whether oral or written, express or implied. Big Sky specifically disclaims any and all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Big Sky limits all warranties, including any implied warranties, to the duration of this warranty, and excludes any liability for direct, special, incidental or consequential damages resulting from any breach of warranty.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights that vary by state or province.

Risk of Death or Serious Injury
Remote Control (“R/C”) Helicopters can be dangerous. Inexperienced pilots of R/C Helicopters should be trained and supervised by experienced operators. All operators should use safety glasses and other appropriate safety equipment, and exercise necessary precautions when fueling, repairing, maintaining, flying, and storing R/C Helicopters, and when using or storing R/C Helicopter accessories, equipment, fuels, and related materials. R/C Helicopters should be used only in open areas free of obstacles, and far enough from people to minimize the possibility of injury from the helicopter or any of its components falling or flying in unexpected directions.
