Design and Drawing
Big Sky CNC understands that molding an idea into a real and functional part can be a multifaceted and complex process. However, our experienced staff, high-end technology, and streamlined process help turn ideas into products simply and seamlessly. The first step is to design and draw the idea. Our modeling software gives us the ability to brainstorm and design 2D and 3D parts quickly and easily, with the added bonus of receiving instant manufacturability feedback. After the part is digitally created, the software guides us through additional aspects such as material strength, selection, and finish. When you've approved the final design, Big Sky CNC can make digital copies, print copies, and full-motion videos.
Prototyping
Big Sky CNC manufactures parts to the utmost quality and precision. In order to successfully implement a working product for a client, we have added a “prototyping” phase to our product development cycle. This allows Big Sky CNC and the client to test and use the actual part before final production. In this phase we can determine if the part needs to be modified through more design and drawing, or if it is ready to mass-produce.
Production
Big Sky CNC is a fully functional machine shop that can produce any part in a timely fashion. Our qualified machine technicians and engineers have arranged the production facility at Big Sky CNC to accommodate multiple projects simultaneously.
